Policies

- I'll only be accepting full payment before I start working on your set. The processing time will range between 1-4 weeks depending on how long your set takes me and how many orders I'm currently working on. Once finished, the order will be shipped out as soon as possible with a tracking number sent to your email ^3^

 - I will NOT be doing any refunds/returns unless it is genuinely a mistake on my end, that goes for sizing as well. Please make sure you have measured your nails correctly because once it has been shipped out I will not be reimbursing you.

 - Right to refusal, if the design is way out of my skill set unfortunately I will have to opt out of taking your order and the deposit will be refunded. I don't think this will be an issue as I'm quite capable and am willing to try any design or concept but it's just a safety measure on my end to not disappoint you guys!
